Standard Tunings begin at just $150.
Every piano varies. You can plan to expect about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
A standard piano tuning typically includes, in addition to tuning of the piano, checking pedals, evaluating the overall condition of the piano, and making minor adjustments to improve playability.
If a piano hasn’t been tuned for extended periods of time, it might require more than one session to stabilize its pitch. Derek will discuss options with you and help you make the best decisions for your piano.
Derek is happy to evaluate the state of your piano and discuss all potential repairs with you. Since some repairs are an additional charge, Derek will not complete repairs without reviewing all option and advising of costs.
It is recommended to have your piano tuned every 6 months to ensure it has a long life of making music!
